I help organisations build sustainable value through circular solutions, from research to education and strategy, all the way to implementation.
Services
Transitioning to a circular economy is compelling: it unlocks serious value, business resilience and environmental benefits. But it is also a buzzword that is much easier to talk about than actually put into practice. Success requires relevant data, stakeholder buy-in, and clever business development that considers operational requirements; circularity means different things for different organisations.
To help you navigate these complexities, I provide support that is catered to your context and your business parameters. Whether you're new to circularity or already putting a strategy into practice, I can assist with decision making, facilitating stakeholders, and developing circular solutions that actually work.
Depending on your progress towards circular outcomes, these are some of the ways I can help:
Getting started
Are you exploring what it means to 'go circular'? Or maybe you're simply curious about how circularity could benefit or create risks for your business? I can help you get started.
Through research and data analysis, we can map the potential impact of circular solutions, including both benefits and risks. And through capability building and stakeholder facilitation services, we can create buy-in and educate your teams.

From intent to action
When the buy-in is there, turning ambition into action requires vision and coordination. I can support you with the strategy and policy development you need.
Through design and systems thinking approaches, we can develop circular strategies that get adopted, not stay hidden in a fancy document. Combined with expertise in metrics development and target setting, we'll build a roadmap towards circularity.

Completed under Sustainability Victoria and published in two report, this work represents the first Australian evidence base of the jobs and capabilities needed in a circular economy.
Supporting the development of the 10-year Clean Economy Workforce Development Strategy, this research defines and quantifies circular jobs in Victoria, and provides capability profiles for circular activities across the entire economy. The result forms the foundation for effective policy development and enables the design of new and improved education offerings aimed at building a circular workforce.
